Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations within the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for various departments.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of company documents and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work output.
